A reminder to Lil Tackers and Grade 1 Jazz classes that the time and venue has changed.
Lil Tackers are 330-415 @ St Pauls Primary
Grade 1 Jazz is 430-530 @ St Pauls Primary
This change is permanent and will continue for the year.
Please ensure that your child has a drink bottle and has been to the toilet before class.

We have had 2 boxes of uniforms arrive. Anyone wishing to collect some can arrange a time with Lisa Wilson 9144 4221. Students that paid on uniform day can also collect from Lisa, she will have a list of all paid orders.

Yes, you can still submit an enrollment form now!

IMPORTANT: After you have submitted an enrollment form, turn up to class even if your name is not yet on the roll book. There is NO waiting list this year, everyone has been accepted so far and we will move the numbers around if needed. The roll book will be updated soon, it's just behind other things we have to get ready, and enrollments still keep coming the first few weeks.

Please check the timetable for times and venues for your class. All times have changed from last year.

As per my last email...... uniforms were going to be available both Wednesday and Thursday (tomorrow) from Lisa's house. Unfortunately we have run out of stock really quickly, however I am putting in an order tonight and all sizes will again be available in approx 2 weeks.

If you are new to DKK , please dont worry if you do not yet have a uniform to wear, there are lots of kids waiting for sizes. Just wear something comfortable to class :}

I will let everyone know as soon as the new stock arrives, and arrange a new time for uniform pickups with Lisa. Thanks for your patience!

A quick note to all new DKK students & parents;

If this is your first year with us I am happy for you to try the first week of class before payment is made for the semester. This however must be done by return to the second class. I understand especially for the little ones that it can be quite a gamble wondering if they will actually love dancing, so for this reason I would rather the first week to decide , than have to muck around with refunds.

If parents can please come between 4-6pm on either to day. If all the stock goes we will place orders, SO FIRST IN BEST DRESSED! Cash or cheque only, no eftpos available!

Please remember that all Juniors will NEED a Dance Kix Polo for Fenacle and any presentations. Please be sure to purchase one before getting a singlet, as these are compulsary for juniors. (Grade 3 and under).

Seniors (g4 and over) will need a tback singlet for presentations, but can also purchase a shirt.

DKK promo bags etc will also be available as well as shorts etc.

Heaps of updates! Fees, Roll Book and Timetable have been posted. There are quite a few changes this year! As the school is so big, we have an end of year performance in a junior and senior section. The classes are already divided eg (junior or senior).

If your childs name does not appear on the roll book please contact me so that I can assign their class. I have had a couple of enrollments not show on the website. If your name appears in trhe wrong class, please let me know asap.

Dvd orders are to be posted to 15 Radley Drv, Baynton if paying by chq, or online deposit with first and last name as a reference, plus a phone number!
If DVD expenses are not covered this will no longer be available to us, so please support this generous offer from SpinFX Audio.

Enrollments 2012

Enrollment forms have to be submitted every year by all students, including returning students, so we have up to date records. Preference will be given to returning students and we will try to accommodate as many new students as possible. With the transient nature of the town, some classes may start out crowded but by mid year the numbers settle down.

or paid at 15 Radley Drv Karratha 6714. You can mail cheques but don't mail cash.

After any payment -> CLICK HERE to submit Payment Note for our records.
By doing so, we don't waste class time with parent
notes and you help me get the books done faster.
Branch Deposits in particular come through with no identification,
so please note deposit receipt and student's name in the Payment Note form.
Please use student's name in banking references wherever possible.

IMPORTANT

Family Discount of 10% only applies to families of 3 or more students.

Fees to be paid by first week of class starting, Feb 6th. Unpaid monies will cancel your child's enrollment by week 2 unless otherwise arranged with Kristie.

Any students with outstanding payments from 2011 will not be permitted to attend classes until ALL payments are finalised. Please contact Kristie immediately.

Costume deposits of $120 per class will be required at the start of term 2. This is compulsory for all students. This is non refundable and will be deducted off the end of year costume bill total.

The extra $20 included is a deposit for each student to purchase a DVD at the end of the year. This is also compulsory / non refundable and will be deducted from your DVD order. If you choose to not order a DVD this will be considered a donation to the school as DVDs are constantly being illegally copied and we will not be able to continue having them made, as they are made at cost price only, thanks to the kind sponsorship of Bryan Retter at Spinfx Audio.

If depositing directly to our ANZ account, please send through a payment notice form as the branch does not do references that contain letters!!!

If paying by cash, this must be received before the start of class and handed to Kristie at 15 Radley Drive, Baynton. It is preferred to not get fees at class, as it takes up too much class time and cannot be receipted.

Due to the uncertainty of the weather an in-person enrollment & uniform date has not yet been confirmed. Please stay tuned or contact Lisa Wilson for a suitable time to collect uniforms.

Anyone who has an overpayment from 2011 costume deposits (eg forgot to deduct from the final payment) will have these extra amounts credited as this years costume deposit. Refunds will only be given to students that are not returning this year. If this applies to you, please send me an email so that I can verify with my records.
