Yes, we are still accepting enrollments. Please fill out the online enrollment form below.
Enrollment forms are required every year from both returning and new students. This is to ensure we have uptodate information.
If you filled out the form before December 6, 2011, you will need to fill it out again to enroll for 2012. The database has been cleared and reopened for 2012.

* Grades will be assigned by the school and are decided by age, not ability or experience.

2012 Dance Schools

If you are already in Jazz, Contemporary or Tap this year at another dance school, you may be asked to give your DKK spot to another student who may miss out altogether. Limit does not apply to ballet, musical theatre, etc as these are not offered by DKK.

Medical Conditions / Allergies

If applicable, please send in all important documentation, eg. instructions for anaphylactic reactions, epipen, phenergan, asthma medication, etc.
