MARCH UPDATE

• All uniforms have come in, including the new 3/4 lycra pants, they will be used for concert as well as class and fenacle. I have ordered enough for the whole school to have a pair so that come concert time we all have a pair. Last years students from grade 3 up should already have a pair, but there are plenty available for tose who would like the slightly different style. To arrange a uniform collection please phone Lisa Wilson on 91444 221. All stock is kindly kept at her house in Nickol.
• A reminder to all students that it is compulsory to wear DKK uniforms to class.
• Please dont forget that Lisa also has DKK promo bags which have a DKK drink bottle, stubby holder, keyring, sweat band, mouse pad and pen. $30
• Some stock will also soon be put in Latily Maha for your convenience.
• Dvds from last year have all been handed out to those who have ordered and I am currently taking orders for Junior show discs as they have all sold already. Plenty of senior show discs left.      If you would like a junior dvd please email me your name, number and address and I can arrange it for you.
• I will soon post all dance term dates. They will be the same as school.
• In the event of a cyclone all classes are cancelled in yellow alert. If this occurs during class, students need to be collected asap. Classes still go ahead in blue alert.
• Classes are also not on during public holidays as the venues we use are not available.
• Classes are not held over the school holidays
• Also before the school holidays, I will post all the dance routine song names of each class for you all to get for your child to practise over the break.
• Please note there are some students who have over payments from last years costume deposits. I will be emailing those of you whom this is applicable.
• There are still some outstanding fees that have not been paid. If you are having trouble paying, please email me asap. Those who do not have an arrangement for late payments with me will be invoiced @ $15 per class.
• (Fees paid up front are charged @ $10 per class plus gst).

• A reminder to Lil Tackers and Grade 1 Jazz classes that the time and venue has changed.
  Lil Tackers are 330-415 @ St Pauls Primary
  Grade 1 Jazz is 430-530 @ St Pauls Primary
  This change is permanent and will continue for the year.
  Please ensure that your child has a drink bottle and has been to the toilet before class.
• We have had 2 boxes of uniforms arrive. Anyone wishing to collect some can arrange a time with Lisa Wilson 9144 4221.  Students that paid on uniform day can also collect from Lisa, she will have a list of all paid orders.
• Yes, you can still submit an online enrollment form.  After you have submitted an enrollment form, turn up to class even if your name is not yet on the roll book. Please check the timetable for times and venues for your class.
• If this is your first year with us I am happy for you to try the first week of class before payment is made for the semester. However payment must be done by return to the second class.
